Whenever our carpets need cleaning the first person who comes to mind to do this is Steve. We’ve used him many times and he never lets us down and the results are excellent. He also sends a courtesy note to prompt the next clean, but not in a pushy way. He is friendly and prompt in responding to cleaning requests. I’d have no hesitation in recommending him.
