Steve arrived at the arranged time. I was extremely happy with the finish result. The leather came up like new. He is very efficient and courteous. A very tidy worker. He also cleaned a number of Rugs. He wasted no time just got on with the job in hand.

Steve was extremely efficient and got the job done very quickly. We had a few stains on our sofas which he completely removed.
He was cheerful, friendly and polite. We would definitely use him again and we’re planning for him to come back at some point to clean our carpets.

So I am selling this house after 10 years of being here. The carpets needed cleaning.
I first contacted Stephen about 10 yeas ago, having moved into a new house. I knew the carpets needed a good clean. 10 years later (!), I actually followed through and last week I contacted him again. I gave him my front door key and we agreed on Monday 9th Nov, I finally said “let’s do it”! – I would be at work whilst he did the job. As it turned out, due to COVID-19, I was at home when he visited. After a cup of tea I left him to it…. Stephen did an amazing job! He actually showed me the colour of the water afterwards! And now I can feel more confident selling the house. Thank You

Bedroom and very large lounge carpet
First time lounge carpet has been cleaned after many years of hard wearing from grandchildren and very busy household. Thrilled how good it is. I think it will take a few more years wear now. Could not fault the speed, politeness and helpfulness of SG Carpet Cleaning. I have asked him back to do my furniture and curtains.
