I was recommended to a new customer, by one of my regular customers. The lady had dropped a fruit smoothie on her landing carpet.
I arranged with the customer to go and have a look at the the stain. Once I saw the carpet and the stain, I explained to the customer that it might possibly not come out, as I like to give an honest opinion, but that I would do my best.
As you can see in the featured image of the carpet before and after, it was a nasty looking stain. After working hard on the stain, with stain removers and then cleaning the carpet, the stain came out completely and the customer was very, very happy because if I had not got the stain out, she would of had to replace the hall, stairs and landing carpet, costing her a lot of money.
